These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Malinix Cleaning Services website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Malinix Cleaning Services Group Corporation provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Richmond, BC and the surrounding Lower Mainland. Service details, scheduling, and pricing are agreed upon at the time of booking.

Bookings and Cancellations

Cleaning appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. We require reasonable notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Liability

Malinix carries insurance for its cleaning operations. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in accessible areas, or conditions beyond our control. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to disrupt service or accessing unauthorized areas. All content is the property of Malinix Cleaning Services.
