What Regular Maintenance Cleaning Actually Covers
Regular maintenance cleaning is the recurring, routine cleaning that keeps a home consistently tidy week after week — the dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping that prevents dirt from building up. It's designed for homes that are already in reasonable shape and just need ongoing upkeep. In Richmond, BC, where the humid coastal climate means tracked-in grit and moisture settle into entryways year-round, a regular schedule is what keeps a home from falling behind. Each visit follows a set checklist — floors, kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, and trash — so nothing gets missed and the home stays at a consistent baseline between visits.
