What Floor Focus Services Actually Covers
Floor focus services are the specialized, heavier floor work that daily cleaning maintains but doesn't replace — stripping old finish, applying new wax, deep-scrubbing tile and grout, restoring hardwood, and burnishing polished surfaces back to a consistent shine. Hard floors take the most punishment in any commercial building, and once a finish dulls or wears through, mopping can't bring it back — it has to be stripped and recoated. In Richmond, where wet weather tracks grit and moisture across entrances through much of the year, floor finishes wear faster than in drier climates. Floor focus is the periodic, restorative work that protects the floor, extends the life of the surface, and keeps a commercial space looking maintained rather than just clean.
