Specialized Deep Cleaning & Disinfection in Richmond, BC
High-Touch Sanitization & Surface Care
Targeted sanitization and deep restoration for sensitive residential environments. We use non-toxic, safe gear, soft wipes, and eco-friendly products for deep-cleaning vents, kitchens, bathrooms, and floor care.
What Specialized Deep Cleaning & Disinfection Actually Covers
Deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom reset that reaches the areas a regular clean doesn't — baseboards, inside appliances, grout lines, door frames, vents, and the high-touch surfaces that usually get a quick wipe instead of a real clean. It takes longer because there's more to do, and it's the right call when a home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, after an illness, before or after a move, or as a seasonal reset. In Richmond's damp climate, where mildew finds its way into window tracks and bathroom corners, a deep clean also means addressing the moisture that regular visits pass over. Disinfection goes a step further, targeting high-touch points with products that actually kill pathogens rather than just wiping them around.
